Background Investigations

This course is designed to help new or experienced background investigators in complying with POST regulations, state and local laws, and best practices in the hiring process. This course is also valuable to anyone involved in hiring or responsible for this process.

Requirements

  • All attendees must be actively employed or contracted with a POST-participating Law Enforcement Agency.
  • POST-reimbursable agencies will be prioritized for registration.

You will receive a confirmation email once registered for the course. Spots are first come, first served; a waitlist will be created when the class is full.
