Flagship Events
While NSFP hosts several events year round, there are a few that happen every year for both students and families!
Week of Welcome (WoW) at The Beach is a chance for students to explore organizations, discover campus resources and find the various ways to get involved!
When: Week of Welcome takes place the second week of both Fall and Spring semester. ASI is the host of the event and NSFP always participates! Please visit us at WOW for treats, giveaways and more information on our programs.

Transitioning to college life can be stressful, add in early mornings and now you really need a pick me up! The answer is always doughnuts. Once a month you will find the NSFP crew out on Maxson Plaza handing out free doughnuts to all students while supplies last. Keep an eye on your Instagram @LBSOAR to catch the next one.

Join us in October for theMonster Mash Campus Dash — a thrilling, campus-wide trick-or-treat scavenger hunt filled with treats, swag, and surprises! Creep your way through campus, visit participating departments, and collect stamps, goodies, and ghostly giveaways. Once you complete the required number of stops, head to our Haunted Hangout for a spooktacular lunchtime.

Finals Fairies is our way of spreading a little joy and magic during the most stressful week of the year! Every finals week you will find our team decked out with the 3 W's: Wings, wands and a wagon that is full of complimentary snacks, scantrons and all the high fives you need to get through the week. Find them at various locations through out the day for your free treats!

Families
Beach Family Night is our flagship event for families that draws over 500 guests annually! Join students and their families for a tailgate style party that includes food, games, and lots of Beach Family fun. The night ends cheering on our incredible Women's Volleyball team in the LBS Financial Credit Union Pyramid! Go Beach!

A mixer with meaning! Meet the Beach is an opportunity for families to mix and mingle with administrators and leaders from across campus departments. Get all your questions answered directly from the source and enjoy meeting other Beach families.

Our virtual Beach Connections Sessions provide you with insight on the student experience along with information, resources, and tips to help support your student's transition to life at ºÚÁÏÍø. These virtual sessions consist of live presentations with key campus partners followed by live Q&A sessions.
