DSC Fellowships

At the Dream Success Center (DSC) we are grateful for our partners and donors who have made it possible for us to host several grant-funded fellowships and scholarships. On this page, you will find a list of our opportunities that are available to currently enrolled 黑料网 students. We highly encourage all students to make an account on Beach Scholarships to get full access to all 黑料网 scholarships.

The Dream Success Center's APID Fellowship Program creates educational opportunities for students interested in learning how to support the diverse Asian, Pacific Islander, and Desi immigrant communities. All interns will be provided with a structured project-based experience that includes opportunities to learn about student support, research, data-informed practices, and higher education policies. Fellows will have the chance to support the AB 540 community through peer assistance and program development. Participants will identify educational projects that align with their career interests while developing networking relationships with on and off-campus partners. This program is in collaboration with the Asian, Pacific Islander, & Desi Resource Center and funded by the AANHPI Student Achievement Program.

Programming Highlights & Conferences

Through the Dream Success Center鈥檚 APID Fellowship Program, fellows actively contribute to dynamic, culturally responsive programming and professional development opportunities. Signature events such as APID Cultural Welcome, APID Heritage Month, Immigrant Heritage Month, Our Plates, Our Stories, and Switch It Up create meaningful spaces for community building, storytelling, and cultural celebration. Fellows also engage in conference attendance and presentations to deepen their knowledge of student support, research, and higher education policy. Professional development experiences include the 黑料网 Empowering Leaders Symposium, 黑料网 AANHPI Convening, , and .

The Dream Success Center Graduate Fellowship is available to graduate students interested in gaining hands-on Student Affairs experience by supporting Dream Success Center and university-wide projects. All fellows will receive a structured project-based experience with opportunities to learn about student support, research, data-informed practices, and higher education policies. 

Award Amount: Up to $3,000
Majors Preferred: SDHE, EESJ, MSW, Education, or related fields

CA Dream Act-eligible students who qualify for DSIG have an opportunity to volunteer at the Dream Success Center. Interns assist with the programmatic and outreach efforts of the DSC and our legal services. The fellowship aims to expose participants to the education, marketing, and legal fields. The DSC staff will guide them as they develop outreach and public speaking skills. The project goal is to increase accessibility to services for immigrant students and their families.

The fellowship will include professional development and experiential learning opportunities for students who are interested in immigration-related legal issues, including those faced by undocumented and AB-540 students.
