ºÚÁÏÍø

Accommodations & Retention Specialists (ARS) provide disability management counseling, intake, and ongoing support for ºÚÁÏÍø students with qualifying disabilities. ARS review disability documentation, determine reasonable academic accommodations, and work collaboratively with students and faculty to support the effective implementation of those accommodations.

In addition to accommodation planning, ARS offer guidance that promotes access, retention, and student success by helping students navigate campus resources, build self-advocacy skills, and engage meaningfully in their academic experience. ARS also facilitate outreach initiatives to strengthen community connection, increase awareness of accessibility services, and promote an inclusive campus environment that supports persistence and graduation.
