Mihir Pandya is the director of The Yadunandan Center for India Studies. His research and teaching interests include cultures of science and technology, knowledge and expertise, security and infrastructure, diversity and generation in the United States and in India.

Faculty Advisory Board
Daniel O’Connor is the Interim Associate Dean for College of Liberal Arts. He also serves as a Co-Director of the ºÚÁÏÍø President’s and Provost’s Leadership Fellows Program.
Norbert Schürer’s work explores the 18th century British literature, book history, the Anglo-Indian encounters, and the digital humanities.
Pravina Cooper teaches in the Comparative World Literature and Classics. Her research and teaching interests include postcolonial film and theatre, critical theory, and transnational literature.
Moyang Li teaches in the Department of English. Her work examines postcoloniality and gender as well as the relationship between literature and the sciences.
Praveen Soni teaches in the Department of Marketing. He is the former chair of the faculty senate and has represented at the statewide faculty senate.
Pia Gupta is the former chair of the Department of Finance in the College of Business at California State University, Long Beach.
