Womxn of Color Leadership Conference
The Women of Color Leadership Conference: Blossoming Beyond Barriers is a dynamic space created especially for students to grow, connect, and step into their leadership potential. Centered on empowerment and community, this conference offers students meaningful advice, inspiration, and tools to build confidence as they navigate college, leadership roles, and life beyond the classroom.
Through uplifting sessions and honest conversations, students will explore real challenges and disadvantages they may face, while learning strategies for growth, resilience, and self-advocacy. This conference celebrates the strength of lived experiences and emphasizes the power of community in supporting personal and academic success.
All students, regardless of sex, race, color, national origin, or any other protected identity, who are interested in the program’s mission and focus, are welcome and eligible to participate in all Women's & Gender Equity Center (WGEC) events and programs.
