Join the ºÚÁÏÍø German Program, the German Studies Student Association, and the Christa Wolf Lab, as we welcome Dr. Mariana Ivanova to our campus on the evening of Thursday, October 16th. Dr. Ivanova is Academic Director of the DEFA Film Library at the UMass-Amherst. She will tell us the story of how the DEFA Film Library has developed from a literal bunker to the cutting edge of film preservation and distribution.
