All classes accommodate beginning, intermediate, and advanced participants.

Mobility & Stretch: This slow-paced class is designed to improve mobility and flexibility while promoting relaxation through guided breathing techniques. By focusing on breathwork, mobility movements, and gentle muscle lengthening, participants can calm the nervous system, re-energize the body, and support recovery. The class is suitable for all levels and is ideal for anyone looking to enhance performance in more intense workouts.

Retro Step: A low-impact workout class inspired by Jane Fonda’s classic routines. It combines fun aerobic movement, gentle strength training, balance work, and stretching to improve overall fitness, energy, and confidence. All fitness levels are welcome.

Strength & Core: A class designed to safely build fundamental and core strength. This class engages the abs, upper body, and hips through a variety of beginner-friendly exercises. Perfect for all fitness levels and anyone who enjoys group fitness.
