DAY AT THE BEACH is a FREE single-day immersive experience for newly-admitted students that provided an exclusive first-look at ºÚÁÏÍø colleges, campus tours, academic resources, student organizations, and more.

On Saturday, April 11, QR code signs are displayed around campus with links to the interactive Day at The Beach event map. Find college showcases, special experiences, bus stops, tour meet-up points, and more.

Modified campus tours will be available on a first-come, first-served basis and will depart from Maxson Plaza (Brotman Hall fountain). Tours will leave every 15 minutes, last approximately 30 minutes and the final tour of the day will depart around 2:30 p.m. Please note that housing tours are a separate experience (see below).
You can also use the interactive map (coming soon) when on campus to explore ºÚÁÏÍø and visit popular locations—including the Library, Beach Shops, Student Recreation & Wellness Center (SRWC), Earl Burns Japanese Miller Garden, and more! You may also use the Self-Guided Tour Brochure.

Housing tours are provided as part of the Day at The Beach experience. Housing tours take approximately 30 minutes and will be offered on a rolling basis until 2:30 p.m. Please note that general campus tours are a separate experience (see above).

Welcome to the Beach, LBUSD graduates!
Graduating seniors and transfer students from LBUSD schools are invited to the Promise Meet & Greet during Day at the Beach.
Meet & Greets will be held at 11am and 2pm - join us for refreshments and learn about your opportunities as a Promise student at ºÚÁÏÍø.
