Event Resources

Thank you for your interest in hosting your event at ºÚÁÏÍø. Please complete and submit the Event Request Form at least 30 days before your event date. Requests submitted within 30 days may be subject to administrative rush fees. All campus events must provide proof of insurance and have a signed Facility Use Agreement in place before the reservation can be confirmed. Please reach out if you have any questions.

 

All buses are allowed to park in lots G9 and G13. These lots will allow buses enough space to be able to maneuver efficiently and safely. For school buses with an exempt license plate, parking is free of charge. Charter buses require a parking permit of $75 which can be purchased using the gray parking dispensers found in their respective lots. The drop-off/pick up location for buses is located at the east turnaround.
