They will show their student ID or government-issued ID at the check-in tables outside of the College of Engineering, building 3 (ENG 3) to receive their GradPasses. After checking in, they will line up with their department at lot E4 across from check in for the processional. Check the diagram below for check-in location.

Guests
Witness your graduate’s special moment! Up to 10 guests per graduate can enjoy great views of the stage and large digital displays showing the processional and each graduate crossing the stage.
Please remain seated during the 1.5–2 hour ceremony and enjoy the faculty processional, graduate entrance, remarks from speakers, individual grad stage walk with name reading, and the tassel turning that marks their official entry into the ºÚÁÏÍø alumni community. 🎓
As a time-honored tradition, President Blanchard and the Provost will confer degrees at the end of each ceremony. Graduates will rise as their degrees are conferred and celebrate together by moving their tassels, officially becoming ºÚÁÏÍø alumni!
Conclusion of Ceremony
At the end of the 1.5–2 hour ceremony, new ºÚÁÏÍø alumni are asked to leave the venue quickly and encouraged to join their friends, families, and guests outside the front of the Pyramid or at other scenic campus locations to celebrate their achievement. 🎓
