Lihao Chu

Lihao holds a PhD in Pharmaceutical Economics and Policy from the University of Southern California and an MPH from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.

He has many years of experience in healthcare finance and economics and is a data architect who developed a population segmentation tool that enables operations teams to target senior adults with unmet healthcare needs. Throughout his tenure in the healthcare sector, he has realized that an efficient healthcare system requires innovative care delivery, purpose-built data analytics, and a financial structure that unites all stakeholders toward a common goal. Lihao joined Rubicon Founders, an investment company, to scale up value-based care across broader populations.

Prior to joining Rubicon, Lihao served as the Director of Healthcare Economics at Landmark Health, where he led efforts to resolve key client accounts using a diverse array of health economics methodologies and value-based risk models.
