Employment & Income Verification with TrueConfirm

Our campus partners with , a secure employment and income verification service. This partnership ensures that current and former faculty, staff, and student employees have fast, confidential access to the information needed for loans, housing, social services, and employment screening. All verifications are handled securely and only shared with credentialed verifiers who have a legally permissible purpose.
 

For Employees

Need a Verification?
If a third party requests verification of your employment or income, simply email TrueConfirm at:
 support@trueconfirm.com
Include the name of the organization requesting the information and any relevant details.

Want to View or Manage Your Information?
You can access your employment details and manage your privacy settings through the TrueConfirm Employee Dashboard. This dashboard is not used for third-party verifications but allows you to:

  • Generate employer form letters (if enabled)
  • Enable notifications
  • View your employment details

To get started:

  1. Visit 
  2. Click “Get Started” and select “EDz”
  3. Create an account using:
    • Your full name (as recorded by your employer)
    • Date of birth
    • Last 4 digits of your SSN or Tax ID
    • Your email address
      • Use your work email if you're an active employee
      • Use your personal email if you're inactive or don’t have a work email
