You can "conditionally" register and vote at your county elections office or polling location after the 15-day voter registration deadline.

In the state of California, you can register to vote on Election Day.

  • All California active registered voters will receive a vote-by-mail ballot
  • October 5, County elections offices will begin mailing ballots.
  • October 19, is the last day to register to vote
  • October 6, Ballot drop-off locations open
