The Long Beach Teacher Residency is an innovative and sustainable teacher preparation program dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and excellence in education. Through a strong partnership, this program recruits, prepares, and supports a diverse pipeline of multilingual, inclusive, and transformational teacher leaders. These educators are equipped to promote equity and justice within their schools and communities in order to be champions for students and families in the Long Beach Unified School District.
