Advancement to Candidacy (ATC) typically occurs for Critical Multilingual Education students during their second semester in the program (spring semester). Your faculty advisor will work with you to determine your eligibility to Advance to Candidacy. The Graduate Programs Advising Team will, in turn, process and notify Enrollment Services of your eligibility to Advance to Candidacy for the master’s degree.
