The COB Strategic Plan outlines our vision, mission, core values, strategic objectives, and strategic initiatives. The original strategic plan was the product of a multi-stakeholder process undertaken during fall semester 2000, and the strategic planning process has continued through college-wide faculty engagement since then. It has also included students, staff, alumni, and friends of the college. In 2023, the COB Strategic Planning Committee reviewed the previous Strategic Plan 2020-2025 and after several meetings with all COB stakeholders, and with much review and discussion the Strategic Plan 2024-2029 was passed by a vote of COB faculty in November 2023.
