COB Students Go Global: MGMT 406 Students Achieve Top Honors
in the Fall 2025 X-Culture Experiential Learning Project
Every semester, students in in the Prof. Acc-Nikmehr’s at the College of Business participate in the X-Culture Experiential Learning Project, working in global virtual teams to solve real consulting challenges for international companies. Through this experience, students collaborate across cultures and time zones while producing professional consulting reports that reflect real-world business expectations.
In Fall 2025, Sophia Cruz and John Bennett distinguished themselves among more than 6,000 students from 150+ universities across 70+ countries working in 1,279 global virtual teams by earning placement on elite X-Culture Winner and Finalist teams. Given the program’s scale and competitiveness, these honors represent an exceptional achievement and underscore the College of Business’s commitment to high impact, globally engaged experiential learning.
