Apply for International Collegiate Business Strategy Competition
The annual International Collegiate Business Strategy Competition is now accepting applications for Spring Semester 2026. Applications are due by October 24th.
This is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for students to put into practice much of what they鈥檝e learned in their coursework while competing with universities across the country and even around the world. Participation is also a great experiential learning opportunity that can help students enhance their r茅sum茅s and stand out in their future careers.
The competition culminates in April, when all the teams gather in Anaheim to meet with their judges and present their final results. The judges serve as each team鈥檚 鈥淏oard of Directors鈥 and are business professionals in real life. This makes the event not only an outstanding chance to learn how real companies operate and decisions are made, but also an excellent opportunity for networking, leadership development, and presentation skill-building all while gaining valuable insights about themselves.
Students will be placed into teams and act as the executive leaders of a simulated company. Each week, they will make decisions that affect their company鈥檚 performance and value. The simulation integrates concepts from finance, accounting, marketing, HR, management, operations, supply chain, and leadership.
The competition is open to all undergraduate Business majors (typically juniors and seniors who meet the prerequisites) as well as Evening and Online MBA students.
