• Location Agreement
  • Agreement between the Production and the Authorized Representative of the property to use the location. Authorized Representatives are the location owners, landlord or property management companies. This should be done when the location is being locked.
• Location Inspection
  • Usually done 2-3 days prior to filming to assess all damages, knicks and any other damage to the property before the production assumes responsibility.
• Location Release of Agreement
  • Acknowledgement with property owner that the property has been returned to substantially the same condition as it was in prior to use. Releases the production from the agreement made prior. This is to be done after the production has wrapped.
• Documentary Production Location Agreement
  • This form is only for Documentary Production students. This form is an agreement between the Production and the Authorized Representative of the property to use the location. Authorized Representatives are the location owners, landlord or property management companies.
