Rabbi Jason Rosner is a non profit leader, the Executive Director of the Sandra Caplan Community Bet Din of Southern California and Rabbi of Congregation B’nai Emet in Simi Valley. A proud ºÚÁÏÍø alumnus, he has built a career at the intersection of faith leadership, nonprofit management, fundraising, and community engagement. He teaches, writes, and lectures on Jewish history, ethics, and contemporary social issues, helping diverse audiences connect ancient tradition with modern life. He is also noted for his expertise growing the fundraising and membership bases of non-profits. In addition to ºÚÁÏÍø, he holds degrees from Hebrew Union College and the University of St Andrews. Rabbi Rosner holds a special place in his heart for the ºÚÁÏÍø Study Abroad Program, which sent him to Sweden for a year. He also lived in London, Scotland, and Jerusalem and served as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force Reserves and works closely with government and law enforcement professionals. He believes that the path to advancement in Non Profit comes through developing relationships with mentors and peers that push a person to try new and creative approaches while finding ways around barriers.
