Eric Harrison is a Senior Vice President with Signature Development Group with over 35 years of experience in real estate development. Eric’s expertise is large scale infill development with a focus on obtaining entitlements and complex approvals from governmental agencies.
Prior to joining the SDG team, Eric was with DMB Associates and a team member at Signature Properties. He was also a Senior Vice President for Catellus Development Corporation, where he was part of the team obtaining the land use entitlements and transition to implementing the community development aspects of Mission Bay in San Francisco. Responsibilities included oversight of the initial infrastructure construction phase at a cost of over $100 million, creation of public financing mechanisms, establishment of the community governance structure for residential and commercial developments, negotiating land transactions, and a risk management plan to address the impacted soil and groundwater.
