Human Resources Analyst, OC Fair & Event Center

During her undergrad, Xiomara invested her time to developing her psychology research skills. However, this path wasn't fulfilling and she carved a new path in the field of Human Resources. Her three promotions have been at the OC Fair & Event Center where she gets to work on training and development, employee relations, job analysis and many other projects that require communication, emotional intelligence and patience. In addition to being a fulltime employee, she is also a part-time student of ºÚÁÏÍø's Masters in Business Administration program.
