Mr. Spear has 33 years of experience in the aerospace industry, including two years at a small business and 31 years at a fortune 200 company. He led multi-functional assignments including in Supply Chain, Operations, Program Management and Site and Business Unit Leadership. Mr. Spear has experience leading business, technical and program personnel of all sizes and levels of complexity, towards established team and unit objectives. He has extensive financial, project planning and management, administration and operations and supply chain skills, which he utilized when working with teams to establish strategic plans and annual goals. Mr. Spear currently volunteers with SCORE, providing business mentoring to small businesses in Orange County.
