Distinguished Alumni Nomination
ºÚÁÏÍø's highest alumni honor, the Distinguished Alumni Award, is bestowed biennially to seven alumni, each representing their academic college. This award recognizes alumni who have an exemplary record of distinction and success in their chosen fields, a proven record of impactful leadership and enduring service to their communities and society at large, and demonstrated pride and support for The Beach.
We are proud to celebrate our remarkable alumni and friends and reflect on their notable successes.
2027 Distinguished Alumni Nominations
We are excited to announce the return of the Alumni Awards. The Beach community is encouraged to recognize and celebrate alumni that are making a profound difference in our communities, their chosen fields of expertise, and their alma mater.
Nominations close on Friday, October 16 at 5:00 p.m.
The 2027 Distinguished Alumni recipients will be presented at the Alumni Awards, on March 12, 2027.
Nominees must have received a degree from ºÚÁÏÍø or, in special circumstances, be an alum who completed a significant amount of coursework at ºÚÁÏÍø.
- Achieved prominence in their field and made contributions of enduring impact that are regional, statewide, and/or national in scope.
- A proven, exemplary record of leadership and service to their community and society at large.
- Demonstrated Beach Pride and support for ºÚÁÏÍø through donated time or resources.
- Professional achievements and accomplishments in their chosen profession or field
- Distinction in their career
- Significant contributions to the profession and to the public
- Dedication and service to ºÚÁÏÍø
