- Deadlines: Lecturer files are due in Interfolio by Monday, February 8, 2027.
- Lecturers who teach fall only and are undergoing a 6-year cumulative review's deadline is Friday, December 11, 2026.
- 2026-27 Deadlines at a Glance
The following timelines have been established for the 2026-2027 lecturer evaluation cycle. Please note that those lecturers working only during the Fall Semester but subject to evaluation will have an alternative timeline.

| Start of Fall Semester | Department lecturer evaluation committees are elected if they have not already been elected in the prior academic year |
| Wednesday, September 30, 2026 | Deadline for Dept. Chairs to communicate who is on lecturer evaluation committees to Faculty Affairs |
| Friday, November 20, 2026 | Lecturer Evaluation cases are created in Interfolio. Lecturers notified of case by automatic email |
| Friday, December 11, 2026 | Candidate file is due for Fall-Only faculty undergoing 6-year cumulative evaluation. In the event that the faculty member is appointed for the Spring 2027 Semester, the deadline would move to February 8, 2027 |

| Monday, March 8, 2027 | Department level recommendation due |
| Monday, March 9, 2027 | Department level recommendation due to candidates |
| Friday, March 19, 2027 | Deadline to receive candidate rebuttals to department level recommendation |

| Monday, May 17, 2027 | Evaluation of file by appropriate administrator due to candidates |
