As we strive to create new ways forward 鈥 to grow and move past systemic racism and institutionalized violence 鈥 we must work toward reconciliation. As part of that effort, our campus will join numerous organizations and individuals observing the National Day of Racial Healing (NDORH) on Tuesday, January 18.
At the recommendation of local public health officials and out of an abundance of caution, we will begin our spring semester on January 20 by offering primarily remote instruction to students, delaying most face-to-face instruction until Monday, February 7.

As you may have already heard, the California State University announced that it will be updating its SARS-CoV-2 immunization policy to require a booster shot for faculty, staff, and students who are accessing university facilities and programs.
