Zoe Engstrom, a lecturer in the Family and Consumer Sciences Department at Cal State Long Beach, interviewed with the online personal finance company publication, , to provide insight to credit cards and the best way to choose the right one. Engstrom said sometimes a low APR card may not be the best choice especially if it comes with a steep yearly fee.
