Cal State Long Beach researcher Trevor Weiss co-authored a new showing that NASA’s upcoming Roman Space Telescope will be able to measure subtle stellar vibrations in more than 300,000 red giant stars. His work helps demonstrate how Roman will unlock an unparalleled view of the Milky Way’s structure and the life cycles of its stars.
