Andrew Jenks, professor and scholar in Russian history, spoke with radio about Putin's recent (illegal) annexation of four provinces in the Ukraine, the Russian draft, and the threat to use nuclear weapons. Professor Jenks stated we are likely in a more dangerous situation than even during the Cuban Missile Crisis.
