Open house showcases innovations at teaching clinic

A Cal State Long Beach clinic with a 50-year tradition of offering innovative programs to train future school psychologists and counseling psychologists recently showcased its latest innovations at an open house.

The Dean鈥檚 Endowed Scholarship was created in 2015 by College of Education Distinguished Alumna Marnos Lelesi to support future teachers through small donations that create a sizable endowment when collected together.

Faculty receive $1.25 million grant to recruit, graduate scholars

Dr.听Kelli听Sanderson听and听Dr. Kristin Powers have received $1.25 million from the Office of Special Education Programs to recruit, retain听and听graduate 24 scholars, including members of historically underrepresented groups, to the fields of special education听and听school psychology.
